The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor will contribute directly to the implementation of rigorous impact measurement processes in education programming, identifying key learnings and working with teams across CARE to use evidence for adaptive management, maximizing impact.
This position will also contribute directly to the mandate of the Programs Division, which the Education Team is part of, sharing learning from education programs and best practices in measurement with other technical teams (Food and Water Systems; Gender Justice; Health Equity and Rights; Humanitarian) in order to increase organizational capacity on adolescent-focused programming.
